Central Park Outdoor Gym (Malvern East)

The gym is located south east of the oval which has a walking / running track around it. The oval is an off-leash area so you may get a dog yapping at your heels though.
The gym has three stations together. Station #1 has a stretch station, dexterity builder and shoulder mobility wheel. Station #2 has aerobic cycle, step-up unit and elliptical trainer. Station #3 has a leg press, pull downs and chest press.
At another place around the oval there are three sit-up boards. There is a water tap nearby and toilets.
