Caulfield South Community Garden
A community garden for all gardening enthusiasts. The Garden grows a vast arrange of organic fruit, vegetable and herbs and is open to all members of the community.
Volunteers can assist with garden design, planning, planting, watering, pruning, organic composting and general garden maintenance. Pop by and visit the garden, the chickens (who love gifts of green leaves) and meet our team of dedicated green thumb members who love to meet and share the wonderful garden with you.
Membership entitles full access to the garden and all programs and activities in the Community House.
Members of the Community Garden pay an annual fee of $20. This membership entitles full access to the garden and all programs and activities in the Community House. Every second Sunday of each month an Open Day is held where we welcome visitors, share lunch and friendship. We also have Food Swap Days, Information Workshops and Working Bees.
The Garden participates in the "Little Seeds and Reads Library" which shares seeds, seedlings, produce and reading material for you to grow.
