Carnegie Library Playground, Jersey Parade, Carnegie
Located next to the Carnegie Library and Community Centre. Very interesting Play Space featuring an open square with jacaranda trees which is partly under shade sails and has a soft springy base. Consists of large soft worm like climbing structures, hard rock like climbing structures, book worms which talk and make sounds when you touch them (a glow worm lights up at night), a big computer and various information panels. Shaded seats and water tap. A great area of exploration for kids.
Access for Dogs:
Carnegie Library and Community Centre forecourt and play space is an on-leash area which means you must keep your dog on leash at all times.
