Cape Paterson Bay Beach
Cape Paterson's Bay Beach is a 400 metres curved beach located adjacent to the centre of the Cape Paterson township and at the foot of the Caravan and Camping grounds. This is a popular beach for surfers, bathers, beach walkers and fishermen, and includes a man-made rock pool on the nearby rock platform.
Most of the area is covered by rocks but there is a gap between the rocky areas which is a swimming area. At the western end there is a boat ramp.
Rips may be present and the beach is patrolled by lifesavers over the summer months. There is a sealed car park, toilets, change rooms and there are local food stores nearby providing hot and cold food, drinks and coffee.
Access to the beach is via a sandy path.
