Burt-Kur-Min Reserve Playground, Champion Parade, Craigieburn
I love these quirky playgrounds which look like they were designed by someone who spent too much time sampling the contents in the medicinal alcohol cupboard.
The main structure is a jumble of ropes, nets and ladders with a tall fireman's pole and metal slide thrown in for good measure. There is also a little structure with some small slides for the smallest visitors, a flying fox with disk seat, swings, see-saw, spinning rope cone and a huge tortoise shell (without the tortoise).
There is a shelter with tables but no BBQ, some seats and water tap. There is a smallish grassy area next to a wetlands area.
