Owned and operated by Glenda and Lisa Flegeltaub, Burnt Butter is not butter that is burnt! It is the product of browning butter; a French method of cookery that requires a precise cook with lots of love!

We are a boutique cake, biscuit, cake pop and sweet treat business. Our philosophy is all about home cooking without preservatives that looks fabulous.

We aim to make the order process simple and ensure that your requirements are met. On the day we hope to assist by removing some of the stresses that a function can bring. Most importantly our plan is to help you add that "wow" factor that will have your guests talking years down the track!

We cater for all events from Christenings, Birthdays, 21sts, Hens Days, Weddings to Baby Showers. Choose from one of our many designs or with a little notice have something tailored to suit your needs.
