Buncle Reserve Playground, Mark Street, North Melbourne
Are we in Samarkand, Uzbekistan or Melbourne? Lovely mosaic decoration around the playground exterior. The playground itself is old and tired. The structure has a metal slide, various ladders, wiggly fireman's pole, horizontal climber, chain traverse and monkey bars. Also a line with a balance chain, log roll and small monkey rungs. Swings.
BBQ and seats in a beautifully tiled structure with domed roof. Sit on the concrete walls or stand. Next to an enclosed small soccer field and some basketball and netball areas.
