Bright - Centenary Park River Pool (Ovens River)

.jpg)
The Ovens River is dammed at Bright and Porepunkah from around Christmas to Easter to create long cool river swimming pools. A lifeguard is on duty in the afternoon most days during summer at the pool in Centenary Park, Bright.
There is a Rotary Water Slide next to this area (fees apply). Other natural river holes in the area are a favourite with locals and the more adventurous visitors but care need to taken at all times along the rivers.

Pool Supervision Times
Review:
There is a toddler pool which is 0.3m deep and set above the river, waterslide down the hill which ends just above the water and a diving board (water is typically about 3m deep underneath). The slide and diving board only operate when a life guard is on duty.
Note: This has been updated since this review and now includes a fantastic water play park for the kids where the toddler pool was previously.
