Birkley Reserve Dog Off Leash Area (Noble Park North)

A small square of grass dominated by a huge Monterey Cypress which is listed on the register of significant trees of Victoria. Three sides are surrounded by the fences of neighbouring houses. There is a seat which looks away from the reserve - come on, council, the reserve is not THAT bad. No bins or water tap.
