Walking
The track around Crusoe Reservoir is 3.3km and there is a 1.7km link track to the No. 7 Reservoir. There are an enormous number of bench seats along the walking track and plenty of colour in Spring. The gravel track is wide and in good condition which means it can be used by walkers, cyclists, prams and wheelchairs.
Beside the track is a bird hide made from a log wall. Keep an eye out for a variety of water birds.
Swimming
There are excellent facilities for swimming with a jetty along the shoreline with a ladder and a pontoon with ladder further out in the water. Please note that swimming is not permitted along part of the dam wall due to a dangerous undercurrent and submerged rock. There is signage to indicate where swimming is not allowed. There is no lifeguard on duty here.
