Beaumaris Yacht Club
Beaumaris Yacht Club is run by sailors for sailors. No matter whether you are a new sailor or an old hand at sailing, we offer a range of options for you.
Racing
We run club racing on Sunday afternoons from October to April. Additionally many club members participate in district, state, and national events in various classes. If you do not have your own boat, we will help you to find someone to sail with, or you can hire a club boat.
Learn to Sail
Our club is a Sailing Australia approved "Discover Sailing Centre" and runs comprehensive junior and senior Learn To Sail programs on Sunday mornings throughout most of the season.
Social events
We are a friendly bunch and like to sit together after Sundays racing to have a chat and exchange sailing tips and experiences. We have regular BBQs and a Christmas function at the end of the year. If you need help with your sailing technique or some advice on boat repairs, you will always find someone to help you out.
