28. Wotherspoons Hay and Grain Merchants, 1856. Now the Beaufort Community Resource Centre.
29. The fish and chip shop through to the hairdressers was part of Wotherspoon & Co, 1856.
30. Hawkes Bros, 1862. Now a business premises.
31. Bank of Victoria, 1862. Now a private residence.
32. Barber Shop and Billiard Saloon, 1868. Now a private residence.
33. Cowans Bakery, 1874. Now the Original Craft Shop.
34. Mrs Martins Haberdashery Store, 1874. Now the Three Troupers Pantry.
