Bayview Park Playground, Madison Court, Mount Waverley
An exciting playground with a high chunky wooden structure which leads up to a big tunnel slide. The main structure has a low section with tic-tac-toe board, shop front, little wave slide and rope spiders web climbing frame at ground level. Steps lead up to a single strand rope bridge and then a log step bridge to the start of the tunnel slide. Alternatively there is a high wooden ladder to get to the slide. Bravery will be rewarded.
Near by is a wooden spinning carousel, expression swing (carer and child sit opposite each other), birds nest swing and a standard swing for older kids. On the edge of the playground is a log and beam balance course and some wooden carvings.
Also a basketball court, table tennis table, outdoor gym, water tap and grassy area with a gravel track around the outside and shade sails over a BBQ and table.
