Bayswater Road Park Playground, Bayswater Road, Kensington
This is not the Bayswater Road, Kensington that I remember from London. On the other hand, I don't think the namesake road in London has a playground as good as this. The large playground is interspersed with soft path representing leaves which provides good access for All Abilities. There are three wooden structures. The largest has a steep wave slide, spiral ladder, scrambling wall, shop front, abacus, walkways, mirror, ladder, tic-tac-toe and monkey rungs. A middle sized structure has a lovely shape faced ladder, panels, two clocks, little seats, three steering wheels, straight ladder and chain ladder. The smallest structure has a slide, abacus, tunnel, spiral ladder, shop front, binoculars (to look for Mayfair and Park Lane) and steps. Three different swings and two springers.
BBQ in the corner, shaded and unshaded tables and seats. Fenced with gates. Good sized grassy area. Water tap.
