Barry Road Community Activity Centre Seniors Outdoor Gym (Thomastown)

A Seniors Exercise Park features a range of outdoor exercise equipment designed for older people to help improve balance, strength, functional movement, joint range of motion and mobility. The gym can also be used by younger people.

Exercise equipment includes finger stairs, core twister, hand roll, shoulder arches, balance beam, sit to stand, balance roll, walking ramp and net, step and calf, balance stool, wave bar, gangway and stair.

The gym is under shade sails and there is a shelter with table and unshaded seat next to the gym.
