Banyan Reserve Playground, Luscombe Avenue, Carrum Downs
Structure with a high wave slide which has access via a ladder and a chain bridge. The structure also has a difficult climbing wall, high hanging disks, another chain bridge, binoculars, rigid frame ladder, small wave slide and some western/cow themed panels. Also large see-saw and swings.
Banyan Reserve covers eight hectares and contains a Melbourne Water retarding basin. The playground is at the entrance of the reserve.
Shaded table and unshaded seat. Water tap. Next to oval and huge grassy area. The toilets are only open for sporting or special events.
