Established in 1955, Balmoral Calisthenics Club is a friendly, committee run club which is located in South Oakleigh.
At Balmoral Calisthenics Club, we pride ourselves on developing and improving our Calisthenics skills whilst instilling dedication, fun, fitness, confidence, self esteem and pride whilst making great friends as part of being in a team environment.
Calisthenics is an Australian sport combining strength, balance, flexibility, singing, dancing and encourages good sportsmanship and fair play.
Based at Oakleigh South Primary School Hall in Oakleigh South.
