Austin Reserve Playground, Austin Road, Seaford
A big but low structure for smaller kids which is shaded by a tree with two slides, inclined climber, climbing mat, walkway, inclined scrambling wall, abacus, shop front and "tree" ladder.
Another structure with climbing wall, climber, chain bridge, monkey bars, flying fox, disks on a vertical pole and stepping stones. Skateboard springer, see-saw and swings.
Set a fair distance back from the road. Unshaded tables, shaded seats and water tap. A large reserve with reasonable sized grassy area, footpaths and native bushland. It is situated next to Belvedere Park Tennis Club which has nine tennis courts with clubrooms (access via East Road).
