Ash Wednesday Bushfire Education Centre Playground, McBride Street, Cockatoo
Next to the Ash Wednesday Bushfire Education Centre is a play structure with ramps, walkway, abacus, curved slide, shopfront, tic-tac-toe, word panel and ladder. Also a large panel with a firetruck, koala fireman and fireman with holes in the panel for kids to stick their heads through and take a photo.
Some shade from trees. Two shaded tables, shaded BBQs and water tap. There are toilets nearby and a fence provides quite good protection from the road.
