Andrew Boyd Reserve Playground, Gillies Street, Thornbury
The taller structure has a steep wave slide, climbing wall, high fireman's pole, inclined stepping stone bridge and monkey bars. The lower structure has a wave slide, ladder with square rungs, shop front, steering wheel, ladder and steps. Large see-saw, hammock, horizontal bars, swings and sandpit.
Unshaded table and seats, BBQ and grassy area.
Established trees do provide shade to various parts of the reserve.
The playground was upgraded in 2012.
