Old, run-down with graffiti. Small structure with decent slide. Two way pommel bounce, flying fox, monkey bars and two springers.
Very safe location - the kids are more likely to get lost under all the leaf litter than wander onto the road. BBQ and shaded tables fairly close by. Playground is dappled in shade and could be suitable for hot days.
