Allison Reserve Playground, Sturt Street, Essendon
In the middle of a large grassy area with AFL posts is a playground which has two simple play structures. One structure has a wave slide, fireman's pole, inclined walkway and monkey bars. The other structure has a toddler structure with slide, tic-tac-toe, abacus, shop front and steering wheel.
There are swings, bicycle springers and lots of stepping stones.
Next to the playground is a shelter with two tables and BBQs. 100m away is a basketball court, tennis rebound wall and metal soccer goals.
