Allansford Cheese World (Allansford)

Cheese World is the home of National and International award winning cheeses.

Cheese World is proudly owned and operated by the Warrnambool cheese and Butter Factory where quality Dairy products have been produced since 1888. Free tastings of award winning cheeses are offered and a DVD filmed in the factory demonstrates the state of the art cheese making process.
Light lunches are served in the licensed cafe with cheese platters and ploughmans lunches a speciality. A walk back in time through the local history museum demonstrates farm life from the early 1900's.

Tasting
Complimentary Cheese tasting and presentation: Hourly on the 1/2 hour between 9:30am and 4:30pm

Cafe
Light meals and snacks are served throughout the day. You'll love our famous milk shakes and thick shakes made with delicious Sungold milk straight from the factory. Choose from dozens of flavours.

Museum
An extensive collection of farm implements and household items from everyday life in the early 1900's
