Alexandra - Grant Street Market
Grant Street Market is held in the main street on the first Sunday of each month from 9am to 1pm and offers a great range of art and craft stalls, local produce from around the Murrindindi Shire, pet supplies, plants, jewellery, and lots of local wares. There is also live music and children's amusements.
The market is run by the Alexandra & District Traders & Tourism Association. This fantastic location is in the middle of the shopping precinct, and the road is partially closed to allow trade stalls and visitors enjoy the all weather bitumen surface underfoot, as well as being adjacent to coffee shops, ATMs, retail stores and more.
Whether you browse the market, or simply sit in a local cafe and watch the day unfold, the Grant Street Monthly Market is a great day out in country Victoria.
