Alexandra Gardens Playground, Vincent Street, Ararat
A fenced and shaded playground with some lovely elements. There's an unshaded tower with impressive tunnel slide and wave side which can be reached by ladders.
Under shade sails is a huge red tractor with a little climbing wall to get into the cabin and a little wave slide to get out, cow springer, see-saw with truck seats, birds nest swing, two standard swings, bike springer, kangaroo, springer, spinning carousel, Liberty swing for wheelchairs and a standard play structure with wave slide, dual wave slides, shopfront, rope net ladder and fireman's pole.
Near a lake so caution is required. Set in beautiful gardens with lots of water birds, tables, BBQs and water tap nearby. Near the playground is the Gardens Lake Cafe and toilets.
