Albany Crescent Reserve Playground, Albany Crescent, Aspendale
This playground has had a major makeover with a train theme. There are lots of nice touches to illustrate the theme - the only difference with reality is that you don't need to interminably wait for the train.
There are two main structures - the higher one has a ramp with ribbing to make access easier, steps, dual slides, tunnel, stop/go sign, telescope, walkway and an area underneath with benches and monkey rungs.
A smaller lower structure has a small slide, tunnel, steps, chain ladder, seat and telescope. There is a "Red Rattler" train with a carriage, monkey bars, flying fox, two interesting see-saws, train station with seats, stand on carousel and four swings.
Shelter with table, unshaded table, water tap and unshaded seat. No real grassy area for play.
