Aitken Creek Dog Off Leash Area (Craigieburn)

The area along Aitken Creek between Hothlyn Drive and the railway line. The off leash area is located east of Hothlyn Drive on the southern side of the creek. There are lots of tall reeds along the banks of the creek which could be a snake hazard during the warmer months. The off leash area is between the creek on one side and fences of neighbouring houses on the other side. There is an initial smallish grassy area which narrows to the width of a road before opening out again to a grassy area dotted with trees. On the other side of the creek there is a multi use trail. There are no water taps or bins.
