Bimbadeen Reserve Playground, Airds Road, Templestowe Lower
The playground is set in the west side of the 2.6 hectare Bimbadeen Reserve next to a line of lovely shady trees. There is access from Airds Road across a bridge.
There is a feaux wood structure with metal slide, zig-zag beam bridge, suspended bar walkway and curved scrambling wall. Next to this structure is some equipment remaining from the original playground including a flying fox, chain traverse and monkey bars.
There is also a spinning cup to sit in, logs to walk across, swings, family sized see-saw, metal bars between two poles and a rope traverse between three wooden poles with lovely carvings of Australian animals and birds.
There are two unshaded tables and some seats, water tap and a big grassy area.
